Has anyone read Eat This Not That? Seems like sensible nutrition info.

Instead of Eat This Not That, I have 2 of the Cook This Not That cookbooks. I LOVE LOVE LOVE them. Eat This Not That is good, but it pretty much contains info you could find yourself by checking the nutrition info for restaurants. The cookbooks are great because besides giving you recipes, they also give you guidelines for healthy cooking. And the recipes are delicious. There are only a couple of recipes in there that I didn't like.

The book has a lot of good nutrition and exercise info that I never knew. Are the cook books by the same guy?

My son has Eat this not that for kids... He keeps walking around reminding me what's good and what's not, it's very cute!
