I'm sure there has been a bunch of posts on this book, but I am currently reading and applying this and all I can say is I love it so far.
The sense of freedom I get. Finally knowing what feeling hungry and satisfied feels like instead of the extremes of "STARVING and OMWord I am going to Explode from all this food". Anyone else read it, used it, loved it, hated it??? I don't know anyone on a personal level locally who is trying this so anyone thoughts feelings and opinions would be lovely!
