Default I never thought I'd say this: I'm a maintainer!

Hi. I just joined 3FC. I am looking for threads where I feel that I fit in. I think maintenance is one place that would be good for me. I lost 55 lbs last year with the Dukan way of eating. It is basically giving up sugar and flour and many processed carbs except for two "celebration meals" a week, during which you get one regular appetizer, entree, dessert, and drink of your choice. This way of eating helped rid me of carb addiction. I exercise about an hour a day, a out four or five days a week. I love to hike out of doors on the weekends. I live in San Diego County, California, and we have beaches, mountains and deserts, so I have lot of hiking options. I hit my goal weight in May. I bounced around some over the summer, but I have been steady weight-wise for months now. I am ready to become a maintainer! I will go check out the maintainers thread.
