hi & hello!

  • I'm from the WW forum and I always forget how big 3FC is! I can't believe it didn't occur to me to come look for a maintenance forum

    After 135 lb weight loss I've entered maintenance mode. My current weight of 175 is still above the BMI 'normal' range, but it's a weight I am happy and comfortable with. Down the road I may consider losing the rest but for now I am perfectly content with where I am.

    I run and practice yoga and have recently started using kettlebells. I've only been on maintenance for about two weeks so I'm still trying to find my "sweet spot" so to speak of calories/WW points (I track both). Anyway, just wanted to say hi!
  • Rose to maintenance. Just FYI a number of us have been struggling with maintaining our weights in February and have recommitted to getting back to our goal (or in my case 5 lbs. above that ) in March.
