Hello everyone!!
I would like to introduce myself- I posted here several years ago. My name is Steve I am from Ohio. I have successfully lost 56 pounds and am at goal weight. I lost the weight after going to Structure House in North Carolina. It is residential program. It is similar to Weight Watchers except I counted calories. it is very simple - calories in calories out!! I did it through diet and exercise. Regardless how I lost the weight though my journey is not over but really just beginning. I am addicted to food and must be in recovery the rest of my life. I don't want to bore you with the rest of the details. I am here to get support and help others when I can.
