Hi guys!

I just adjusted my goal weight to 144, which is about where I'm at now.

I had originally wanted to get down to 135, but I'm actually quite happy at 144! And I'm healthy.

I lost the weight with Weight Watchers, vegan eating, and exercise. I'm hoping to maintain the loss using Intuitive Eating instead of Weight Watchers (keep up with the veganism and exercise, of course!)

Intuitive Eating should also help my body find its happy weight (the healthy weight that will be relatively easy to maintain) which may be right where I'm at, or it may be closer to my original goal of 135.

I'm looking forward to learning how to maintain and looking forward to getting to know everyone here on the M-Board.

My name is Leah. I live in Memphis, TN with my boyfriend of 3 years. I'm an administrative assistant by day and student at the UofM by night, with plans to go to law school somewhere on the East coast (hopefully NYC) in a couple of years.

Hmmm, what else...? I like a lot of nerdy TV shows such as Charmed and Buffy. I also watch The Young and the Restless religiously. I also really love to read, mostly fiction and memoirs.

Anything else you want to know, just ask! I'm pretty much an open book.

Hey Leah! Congrats! I am so glad to see you here I'm trying to lay a bit lower than I did on Fatsecret and not end up with hundreds of buddies- too much pressure!

Plus this forum has this nice partitioned little maintenance section and I only come here- that way I avoid all the dieting nonsense that was making me crazy over there.

Anyway, I meant to say that I saw your "After" picture on FS and you look great. You have a very beautiful shape. I love your hips (hope that doesn't sound too weird or creepy lol) Hope to see you around.
