I just adjusted my goal weight to 144, which is about where I'm at now.
I had originally wanted to get down to 135, but I'm actually quite happy at 144! And I'm healthy.
I lost the weight with Weight Watchers, vegan eating, and exercise. I'm hoping to maintain the loss using Intuitive Eating instead of Weight Watchers (keep up with the veganism and exercise, of course!)
Intuitive Eating should also help my body find its happy weight (the healthy weight that will be relatively easy to maintain) which may be right where I'm at, or it may be closer to my original goal of 135.
I'm looking forward to learning how to maintain and looking forward to getting to know everyone here on the M-Board.
