A Thank Your from a Lurker
 

Hello all,

I have been lurking in the maintainer's forum for the last five? six? seven? years--even before and during my Great Weight Loss of 2005.

For me, the critical part of losing weight was realizing that I had to change my eating behaviors FOREVER, and I can't tell you how helpful this forum was in facing that tragedy (well, it seemed like a tragedy at the time!).

So, this is a note of thanks as well as an introduction. I owe so much of my weight maintentence to what I've learned from all the posters here.
