Default Curried Chicken Layered Salad

This is a recipe that my MIL makes and it is soooo good and sooooo easy!

First layer the following ingredients:

Shreaded Romain Lettuce
Bean Sprouts
Snow Peas
Chopped Red Pepper

Then, mix together the following:

2 cups mayo
4 tbsp curry powder (or more if you like)

Add:

2 Cooked, chopped chicken breasts

Ice the top layer with the chicken mixture and it's done!

This salad tastes the best if it is made the night before you plan on eating it

Default Agave Curried Chicken

1 c. agave
2 Tbs Curry Powder
1 ts dry mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbs butter
1.5 - 2 lbs of chicken cutlets

Mix the Agave, curry, mustard, lemon juice in a cup

pour sauce mix on top and bake for 45 minutes - 50 minutes at 400 degrees

If you like Honey Curry Chicken - this was a wonderful substitute!
I served it with cauliflower instead of rice
