I got this recipe from one of the counselors at LA. Tried it and my husband and I really liked it.
Taliapia (I used fresh from the fish market but LA said you could use frozen)
Spray Baking dish with Pam.
Cut up onions and fresh tomatoes and asparagus.
Put the fish in the dish and put a little olive oil on top; next add the onion and fresh tomatoes and put the asparagus on top. (Season to Taste with Mrs. Dash) I put a tad more olive oil on top and bake in oven until fish is done.
I counted mine as 1P, 2V
