Orange Glazed Halibut
from the LA Lite Cookbook
1 P, 1 F, 1 V
5 or 7 oz halibut steaks (according to plan), cut 3/4-inch thick
Juice from 1 orange
5 green onions, thickly sliced
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon Herbox very low sodium bouillon granules
1/8 teaspoon Morton Lite Salt
Place fillets in baking dish
Sauce In a small saucepan, stir together orange juice, green onion, cornstarch, bouillon granules, and Morton Lite Salt. Cook until thickened.
Peel orange and chop. Stir orange pieces into juice mixture. Pour over fish.
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
