How do I make a healthy low-carb, high protein nut butter snack?
i found this snack that I totally love, but don't want to spend $1.50 on it everytime I buy it, plus, I am not sure where I can buy it except for one store.
Anyone know how to make a very high protein, low carb, okay on the fat amount, type of easy snack that I can refrigerate? I want something a little bit crunchy, but with the amount of protein and fat that will knock out any feelings of hunger, and keep my insulin low?
