SO enter my carbs on fit day , and its diffrent from the package , and diffrent from the atkins net carb counter on the website. Who should I trust? I feel I could easily mess up my day with my carbs by muching on the wrong thing.
I think always trust the package that the food came in. Fitday generalizes a lot, e.g. every pasta sauce is not the same. On fitday you can enter custom entries, and I do this for most of my food that comes with labels. If the label is available, use it!
