I started my induction today...I signed up for fitday, to assist in counting my carbs, and to be more present in the foods that I put in my mouth. So, after lunch I punch in what I ate.Than I FREAKED
I had two cups of steamed broccoli and it said that it was 19 carbs!! Is this true!! If so, that means my first day has all ready been ruined.And I have not had dinner which I was planning on a grilled chicken breast salad. Should I not have any veggies (or other carbs)with dinner HELP!!!
This is what I have eaten so far.
Break~ 4 eggs w/ 2 TBSP of cheddar ( I know a lot of eggs but thats all I had in the frig.
Lunch~ Hot wings w/ Franks red hot sauce and 2 cups steamed broccoli with 1 TBSP of butter.
