somersweet & splenda

i have a few recipes from a somersize book that call for somersweet & i want to substitute the somersweet with splenda. does splenda meaure the same as somersweet?

Does it say anywhere the conversion from sugar to somersweet?

Like cup for cup - the same sweetness as sugar? Since splenda measures the same as sugar, if you can find the conversion rate for sugar to somersweet, flipping that conversion will give you the rate for somersweet to splenda.

Did that make sense?

Here you go, I use to Somersize, they have wonderful recipies

1/4 tsp Somersweet=1 tsp splenda
3/4 tsp somersweet=1 tbsp splenda
2 1/2 tsp somersweet=1/4 cup splenda
1 tbsp somersweet=1/3 cup splenda
5 tsp somersweet= 1/2 cup of splenda
3 tbsp somersweet=1 cup splenda
