Hi. New to Atkins. Just wondering if I can drink Fresca diet soda on Atkins. The can says flavored with grapefruit and I am on my second day of Atkins. Induction. Wendy

Wendy I would be cautious. It could trigger you to stall. Stay away from diet sodas for the first two weeks if you can. There is how ever one soda made with Splenda that you can have. Its called Diet Rite. The black cherry and cola are pretty good...don't try the orange...gag.

If you fear it might be bad, then go w/your gut and don't have it. Remember you can add it in later on after the induction.
