Default Going back to induction after falling off the wagon

Quick question How long do you do induction for If youve had a day or 3 of falling off the wagon I've been on OWL and I think i gave myself waaaay too much carb leeway?

My mother is on the same diet.She fell off the wagon for 4 days and she did a week induction.She doing good and seems to be on track . i asked and she said shes doing fine.she has been doing it for over a year now .Besides the one time fall shes doing awesome shes lost 150 pounds and going strong.
