Buttermilk Sub???
Can anyone tell me if there is a substitute that can be used in place of buttermilk as I can not find it around where I live??? Or if there is a way of making buttermilk??? Thanks, Lisa

Sour milk works the same as buttermilk in baking. Add 1 teaspoon of vinegar to a cup of sour milk and let it sit a minute or so.
