I feel that all my weight comes from carbs so i need to cut on it. But i am not much familiar with low-carb diets. Do i need to stop eating breads(bran) as wel? and what about pop corn,roasted chickpeas, can i take it as a snack during a low carb diet?
If someone can provide me a rough diet chart of low-carb
maybe i will be able to figure out what to eat and what not :/
Starting weight: 78kg- 170 lbs September 5, 2012
Current weight: 69 kg- 152 lbs October 28,2012
Current Weight : 65 kg- 143 lbs
Goal weight: 60 kg
