Default What should my numbers be?

I'm tracking my food in FitDay but I'm stumped about what numbers to use for goals. I just started this low-card deal (trying Atkins induction, to start). Obviously I can't use the FDA's recommended daily allowances. I know I'm supposed to be eating < 20 grams of carbs per day right now. I need some "goal" numbers to use for:

calories
fat
sat. fat
protein
cholesterol
fiber

Can anyone help?

Welcome to the LC Forum, Jane.

I think fitday will present you with their recommendations but you can customize them. I'd go with their recommended calories but ignore the carb, fat and protein recommendations. Set the carbs to 20, the protein to 60 or more and don't worry too much about the fat because it will look very high on Atkins Induction.

Good luck and pop into Low Carb to get to know the Chicks and pose specific questions.
