Default Biggest Block

I'm wanting to start the Atkin's diet induction phase but I have one huge block. Breakfast. When I get up I'm too tired to cook anything (I'm 16, btw), I have barely enough energy to make a bowl or cereal and carry it to the table without spilling it. I also don't have the time to cook in the morning, I'm late to school often as it is. So, does anyone have an suggestion on what I can do about breakfast.

I've thought about different things, like eating a hardboiled egg, but having eggs too often makes me feel sick.

Thanks!
