Default ? about heavy cream

Yesterday I ran across something that will work for me. Can anyone tell me if drinking heavy cream dilluted with same amout of water and a little bit of splenda and possibly vanilla extract is ok? If so is there a limit on it? Is it a problem during induction. It has no carbs and seems to good to be true.

Hugs

It is OK. However, cream does have some carbs although the package may say 0. If the carb count is less than 1, it does not need to be listed on the container. Two tablespoons may show as 0 carbs. My calculator says that a cup of heavy cream is 6.4 carbs so take it easy. Atkins allows cream but I think he is talking small amounts in your decaf.
On induction, your carbs should be mainly from veggies.
