I usually snack on beefsticks, beef jerky, different kind of lunch meats, shredded cheese, or sunflower seeds!

My cupboards and refridgerator are empty, so I'm doing major grocery shopping today. I'm happy to be staring fresh again which should help me stay OP. This is a great thread for me. I snack on pork rinds, and it doesn't take many for me, but I still get to the point I can't eat any for a while. So I usually have string cheese sticks, nuts, and I usually keep a plate of chicken or pork cooked and ready if I need a few bites of something.

Pepperoni works great for me as well. DH likes jerky, but if I don't tell him which kind, he buys the Teryakie that has sugar--every time. LOL.

I do well with Carb Sollution Bars, but I am looking for some good tasting ones for variety that have come out on the market. I cut one into thin slices and call them cookies.
