My cupboards and refridgerator are empty, so I'm doing major grocery shopping today. I'm happy to be staring fresh again which should help me stay OP. This is a great thread for me.
I snack on pork rinds, and it doesn't take many for me, but I still get to the point I can't eat any for a while. So I usually have string cheese sticks, nuts, and I usually keep a plate of chicken or pork cooked and ready if I need a few bites of something.
Pepperoni works great for me as well. DH likes jerky, but if I don't tell him which kind, he buys the Teryakie that has sugar--every time. LOL.
I do well with Carb Sollution Bars, but I am looking for some good tasting ones for variety that have come out on the market. I cut one into thin slices and call them cookies.
