Where can 1st week plans for CALP versus Atkins be found?

I am unfamilar with the specifics of both of these diets (but kind of remember the gist). Is there a site or thread where the "rules" & restrictions are posted? I'm curious.

I don't believe we have a comparison chart on this site.
If you do a search on low carbohydrate diets, you will find lots of info. I also strongly suggest you beg, borrow or steal books on low carbing and read before committing to any plan - they do not mix well.

Good luck and keep asking questions. This forum is full of chicks on different low carb plans - some more stringent than others.
