hey mamaj!!!
how's it going???
i'm afraid i don't have good news on the sugar free yogurt front. we've all been having trouble finding it [and by WE, i mean the surgeried folks]. we can't hve more than 15 grams of carbs at a time, and that's hard to find with those fructose-loaded yogurts.
the best we've been able to do is axelrod's, a local brand. fructose is way down on the list of ingredients, but it's still there.
if someone wants to be absolutely sure about their yogurt, the best bet is to buy plain and add flavorings, or to make their own.
no one has tried health food stores, though, so maybe i'll make that a weekend mission... i'll keep you posted.
