Default help a newbie question

hi, can some one tell if i'meating too much mayo i eat it on my salads,about a tbsp on and also is there any such thing as eating too much protein, how much protein should i be eating?

Weesie-as long as you have normal kidneys, you can probably handle the protein. If you have questions, try posting a sample menu in either the Atkins part of the forum or the other low carb plans part depending on what plan you are following and someone will be happy to help you.

if you are on the atkins diet you can have all the mayo u want and protine
