I was wondering, if I could ask for you guys for your opinions on a few things. I'm trying to really start back on Atkins, and I think I've definetly been slipping on it, but I want to get back on track and get these last few lbs off. So if I'm starting Induction again do you guys think these things are acceptable for it?
Silk, unsweetend soy milk? It says it has 4grams of Carbs and I forget how much fiber, but is that still okay to drink in induction?
Also I forgot, but no sugar at all is allowed for 2 weeks, right?
Lastly, no diet drinks either?
