Default Sodium Intake on Low Carb

I dont really watch my sodium intake because Ive never had any problems but since Ive been eating low carb I find my sodium intake very very high around 3,500 mg- 4,000 mg. Does anyone else find this? Im doing induction on atkins, everything else looks fine my carbs are around 17g-20g, and I keep my calories the same as if I wasnt doing low carb around 1300-1350.

Edit to add- My protein is about 108g. Is that to high? Or just right?

You might want to ask the chickies on the Atkins forum about this question.... Here's a recent thread that talks about sodium, hope it helps.
