Major Hair Loss

I am in a major shed right now. BIG TIME. I have lost 30 pounds with low-er carb eating. I have tried to stay between 1200 and 1600 cals. I was taking biotin but then left them somewhere and didn't replace them. I now am taking 5000mcg but have not seen ANY change in loss factor. In fact I went for a hair cut and it stunned the hairstylist. His hair restoration specialist tried to sell me a 500 dollar hair laser thing. ??
I am hopeful that this is just my body adjusting but wowowowow is it unpleasant and scary.

Yes, its your body adjusting and boy oh boy is it scary, you feel like your going to go bald with the amount of hair you lose. But don't panic !!

My doctor told me to save my money b/c there are no products out there worth it. He was right!!

THANKS! I've gone thru sheds before but this one feels bigger and scarier. The nagging thought of "what if this time it doesn't come back" keeps weighing on me. (so to speak)

It takes several months to see results with the Biotin and must be taken faithfully everyday. Its helped me...not only my hair but, nails as well.
