If you are doing Atkins Induction...dispite what Atkins Nutritionals says...they are not for Induction. They contain milk & soy...which are not on the acceptable foods list. The vanilla & chocolate flavors each have 1 net carb per serving. They might be ok for an emergency when nothing else is available but, having them on a daily basis may cause a stall in your weight loss. When I read the ingredients they are full of a lot of preservatives...I'd rather have real food!

i like how they taste but can get expensive 5.00 for 4 shakes
