Red face fatigue

this is my second day on atkins.i woke up today exhausted.
could this be carb withdrawals already?got a slight headache as well.
how long should i expect this to last?

Sounds like "Induction Flu". You can expect it to last a few days. Be sure you are taking a good multivitamin, eating plenty of veggies & you are drinking lots of water. It will be over soon.

Remember the more water you drink, the more of the carb "leftovers" gets flushed out of your system.

They said it all. Yup sounds like carb withdrawl. The only other thing I could say is forest faerie hope it all passes quickly.
