this is my second day on atkins.i woke up today exhausted.
could this be carb withdrawals already?got a slight headache as well.
how long should i expect this to last?

Sounds like "Induction Flu". You can expect it to last a few days. Be sure you are taking a good multivitamin, eating plenty of veggies & you are drinking lots of water. It will be over soon.
