How do we cook for two stages?
My girlfriend and I are both going on the Atkins diet, however I only need to lose 5 more pounds while she wants to use 80. Is it safe to start on the pre-maintenance phase? Would you recommend us both eating the same meal but adding a few more carbs for myself? I don't want to make things any harder on my girlfriend, watching me eat something drastically different. Or cook loads of different meals!
