Default How do we cook for two stages?

Hi everyone,

My girlfriend and I are both going on the Atkins diet, however I only need to lose 5 more pounds while she wants to use 80. Is it safe to start on the pre-maintenance phase? Would you recommend us both eating the same meal but adding a few more carbs for myself? I don't want to make things any harder on my girlfriend, watching me eat something drastically different. Or cook loads of different meals!

I hope that made sense.

Just add the few extras. Please make it easy for your DGF. It will be easy for you to have your extra carbs when you are not together. Maybe at lunch time or snack time. Try to cook only 1 meal. I tried to do different meals for me and the family. It only took me off the plan.
