B-3 decaf, small pork chop
L-leftover broccoli/cauliflower mix (not really hungry)
D-baked chicken w/ s. cream, cream of mushrm soup & mushrooms, g beans & squash w/onions
And, of course gallons of water!
Needed to change up dinner as my sinus's are driving me nuts and don't really feel like cooking. At least with the baked chicken dish, I've gotten it ready to pop in the oven so I don't have to do as much later. A few more carbs than I had planned on, but it's okay, I'm a CAD!
