Default ...nailing a butt to the wagon seat ...

Nobody said it would be easy. I don't think there is one chick in here who has never fallen off the LC wagon.
Lots of water today and it will be easier. We are all in this together.

Have to agree with Ruth- lots of water the day after!

And stay off the scale, sometimes you will retain water from the "carb loading" and it isn't pretty!

But we've all been there, from a planned day off- to a major slip or fall! Sometimes posting your food for a few days helps me. I'll start the menu thread...

Read your plan, too. It can be very motivating.

For some reason, I had a difficult time the first few days I was on the low carb program. I think it probably had to do with the MAJOR underlying stress that was occurring at the time (for want of a better excuse), but I just got it under control and have kept on program since. You will find that once you pass your first week on the program that it should be smooth sailing. Keep you chin up!!!

Tracey, "progress, not perfection" and "today is a new day with no mistakes in it."

Just a couple things I tell myself all the time.

Tracy with twins you are fighting a battle of stress. hold on tight. and think before you put the food in your mouth do i really want this. and more than likely you do not. it usually is a nobrainer that will send you in for a fall. (no brainer is one that you eat without thinking) we can do this together, we need you and we are all a part of a team. come on heres a hand get back on the wagon....... and here is a broom to sweep the carb dust off. and lets get the duct tape out there you go firmly held no falling off for you!!!!
