Default Atkins or bust

Hi everyone. I'm new to this board. I'm trying the atkins diet again, its about the 5th time. I start induction tomarrow. I know I belong here , I am addicted to carbs. I am never so unhappy as when i consume them. I feel full, bloated, and sick. Yet I continue to eat them. I''m hoping with the support of this board and the atkins woe, this time I will succeed. Thanks for letting me rant.

Good Luck! I'm sure you will do better this time...the people on here are so nice and helpful. I've been on the plan for 2 1/2 weeks and already lost 7-9 pounds!

I knew what you mean about being an addict. Potatoes are my downfall. But I'm doing good and feeling better. No more bloating, icky feelings.

Hope to "see" you around!
