Well well, here I am again, could not stay away! LOL. Lots of changes since I was last on this forum. I need to browse about and see what all is new. Hope everyone is doing well, and I look forward to saying hello in the daily.
are you dieting these days? I am on and off, mostly off but trying to eat healthy, lower carb, lose slowly (or at least not gain!) Although when I really try, I do Atkins or Protein Power.
