Default shake recipe--questions and input needed

i made a recipe yesterday for a shake that i can have breakfast or lunch when i start my low-carb diet. can you guys take a look and see if it needs tweaking? thanks!!

1/2 package of sugar-free jello (i know it has 0 carbs or very, very little)
2 tbsp sugar-free jello pudding mix
1-2 scoops of protein powder
1.5 cups of water
1/3 cup heavy cream
lots of ice

cheers,
samantha

looks fine. It's hard to say. What kind of protein powder. Some of them have flavor, some don't. I was wondering what all that jello is for? Flavor?

I have heard of people using the crystal lite powder or Kool Aid powders for flavor(unsweetened, add Splenda).

good luck.

The jello is probably to add thickness.

Pudding for thickness but unless you cook the jello ir atleast heat it it will not get hard. But i think a nice strawberry or rasberry flavorer in the mix would tast good. but this is what would be even better add a few real fruit the berries are full of antioxidants and fiber and well that should help blackberries strwberries, rasberries, and blueberries are all really health for you once youa re past the induction stage.
