Default Spring Inspiration Menu Planning

Whatcha eating?

here's me for today(Protien Power, less than 60g. carb a day)
b-mushroom omelet, coffee w 1/2 and 1/2
l-tuna salad on romaine
s- cheddar and 4 wheat crackers
d-fish with pesto, cauliflower, 1/2 c. yellow rice

I am trying to plan my whole day of eating a little better and recommit for a 10 week SPRING FLING! I loose track of what I've eaten and overdo it by 3 in the afternoon! I'd love some company...and a number of people feel that writing menus helps out the cause! Just the step of planning out and seeing the day in writing helps, and I want to also watch my portion control- I can see problems better, like needing more vegetables, or that I"ll need something "sweet" after dinner. So, I may just go make some SF jello. Or pick up some strawberries this afternoon.

Anybody else?

Tee Hee!
Breakfast: A bacon sandwich with butter on multi-grain flax bread - two slices.
Snack: A piece of to die for pumpkin praline flan with coffee after Church.
Early Lunch: A glass of Liquid Plumber to start my prep for the X-ray tomorrow.
The rest of the day will be water and maybe some sf Jello.
Doesn't that sound exciting?

oh, Ruth...I'll be thinking of you.
Not in great detail, but thinking of you, nevertheless!
