Default Low Carb Cheese

Hi All,

I am doing low carb, and writing about it too. I am lactose intolerant and get my dairy from cheesee.

I am using the GI Diet Plan, Canadian. I have a question, I know that the cheeses on some plans are given the OK as long as they are low carb. I started searching out real cheese with low carb numbers because I really dislike the taste of the stuff they put in the low fat cheeses, which is required in the GI Plan,

Now I am writing an article on low carb cheese for Low Carb Magazine and would like input from anyone else who can tell me what they have been doing to incorporate low carb cheeses in their plans.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
