chilli
hot dogs....cook together
melted cheese on top
maybe some sour cream

chill w/
melted cheese
scooped up on pork rinds

hamburger w/
chilli
and relish on top...

Hi !!

I find it at all super markets. Wal-Mart is where I usually shop though ....one bummer is I somehow thought it was a bigger serving but it's per TBSP. however still a great topper for 1 carb...and even 1/2 a can would be about 6 carbs....I had it last night and added grd beef to it and a smig of Jalepeno juice ..just to give it a kick, chopped up a bunch of Hot Dogs, took out of the oven and let some cheese melt on top SO GOOD !!!
