Talking Weekly Food Log - Sept 22-28

Time to begin!

Breakfast:
1/3 c. cottage cheese (3)
sf jam (2)
decaf w/cream (2)
=7

Lunch:
3 hb eggs w/may (2.3)
cut up red pepper, cucumber, cauliflower (4)
caesar dip (1.2)
1/2 c. honeydew melon (7)
=14.5

Dinner (planned)
ribeye steak (0)
brocolli (3)
diet soda (1)
mushrooms/onion in butter (2)
=6

total: 27.5. and official weigh in this am is....191.6...almost 3 lbs off since last week! (as TOM is offically over!!!! )

Breakfast: 2 cheese, 2 sausage, 2 eggs (4)
Lunch: Cheese/sausage (3)
Dinner: Chorizno Sausage/spinach/crm cheese/sr. Cream (8)
Snack: Hot chocolate, peanut butter & cool whip (8)
Water: 70 oz
Total Carbs: 23

TUESDAY

Breakfast: 2 eggs (2)
Snack: Sausage/cheese stick (1)
Lunch: turkey taco salad (8)
Dinner: Smoked Sausage/Saurkraut/Swiss Cheese (8)
Snack: Hot Chocolate (4)
Water: 80 oz
Total Carbs: 23

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: 2 eggs & liver pudding (4)
Lunch: taco salad (6)
Snack: Ice Cream - (too many, but not sure)
Dinner: low carb pancakes w/peanut butter (8)
Water: 30
Total Carbs: ????? 18 w/o ice cream

THURSDAY

Angry TRYING TO STAY FOCUSSED!

Tuesday:

Breakfast
2 slices cheddar (.5)
decaf w/cream (2.5)
=3

Lunch:
4 hb eggs w/mayo (3)
salad (4)
dressing (1)
=8

Snack:
1/2 oz sunflower seeds (1.5)
diet soda (1)
2 chicken wings (1)
1/2 breadstick!!!! (5)
=8.5

Dinner (out)
chicken taco salad - lettuce, olives, tomatoes, chicken, salsa, cheese, ranch dressing, mushrooms (10)
decaf latte (3)
=13

Total: a whopping 32.5

Wednesday:

Breakfast:
2 slices cheddar (.5)
decaf w/cream (1.5)
=2

Lunch:
tuna salad (2)
cheese (.4)
salad (3)
dressingn (1)
sf diet jello (.1)
=6.5

Snack:
1/2 oz sunflower seeds (1.5)

Dinner (not feeling like eating or cooking!)
5 slices bacon (1)
4 strawberries (4)
=5

Total: 13.5

....and lots of water!

chicken ceasar salad (5)

=5.1

Dinner:
6 chicken wings (.5)
sour cream dill dip (3)
cucumber (2)
red pepper (2)
3/4 c honeydew (10)
=17.5

Decaf w/cream (1.9)

Total: 27.5
