Talking WI after 1 week on Atkins

Well, I weighed in on Tuesday morning, and I lost 8 pounds. I am soooo happy. This isn't the first time that the first week, or even the first few weeks have been good. I just know its gonna work this time because I really feel better. I noticed it this morning. I am NOT a morning person, and I always have to drag myself out of bed, but these last few days have been so much easier. I'm not getting any more sleep, maybe better quality....oh well, I feel better, and that's what's important.

Christina

Good for you christina. Congrats on the weight loss. I started back on the atkins diet on the 10th of this March and I have lost 10 lbs so far. They say when you have went up and down on your weight for so long it isn't as easy to lose so I guess I can't complain.
