Angry Back on track

Hello everyone,

After a terrible weekend diet wise, I'm back on track. Everyone sounds like they're doing pretty good. I'm planning on going to the gym tonite. Let's hope it happens.

I have been so bad about posting lately!! Shame on me! I feel like I'm neglecting all my friends, I'm sorry ya'll! But, it's same old same old around here, not too much to talk about. Well, except that BF asked me to marry him.

Yes, I needed a long pause, cause I nearly fell over! I told him to get back to me in a year or so! Is that truly awful of me? What in the world would I want to get married for? I love being single!! (Well, actually I've grown old and set in my ways!) What do ya'll think?

Try to get back later, or talk to you tomorrow!

OMG!!! OMG!!! WOW SHERRIE!!!!! So dish on this guy--how long have you been dating? Is it serious for you or not? Do you feel like it could go somewhere? I mean visualize, do you see you two together in old age or can't you picture it? WOW WOW WOW! I mean, go for the long engagement girlie! Try him on for size! If it doesn't work out, no harm no foul, there's no wedding and that but I think if you want it to work out, then a way will be made for it to happen, know what I mean? After all, I know you've been there and done that and I can understand why you are in no rush to get on the bandwagon again and hey being cautious is good and all. After all, you and I both know men change after marriage, if there's anything you can't stand now it's only gonna get 100 times worse when you're married. If it were me, I'd say yes and go for the 2 year engagement--long enough to know if it's serious and it's right and also to plan a decent wedding. Heck, I knew a woman that was engaged for 20 years and finally decided to take her man down the aisle! Now talk about particular! LOL

I second that WOW!!! I think I know how you must feel, even though it's only in my imagination. I've been married to ole Alvin since we were both 18, about 37 years, and I think if anything ever happend to him I wouldn't want to go though with all the "training " of a new one.!!!

But i still think it's great news and only you know what is right for you. How long have you been single?
