Giving It Up - Challenge
Hi Everyone,
Next Wednesday, March 5th is Ash Wednesday, the start of 40 days and 40 nights of giving up something for Lent.
I thought this would be a great Challenge for us and it couldn't have come at a better time, I am SOOO out of control.
Anyway, if you'd like to join me in giving up something please jump in.
1. I am going to give up snacking at night and
2. I am going to measure all that I put in my body

Great Challenge Idea!
Hmmmm, this comes just in time to prepare for shorts season. I'm giving up my primetime sitcoms in order to start going to the gym again. Also, no more cheating on my low-carb plan. Except my indulge breakfast I have on Saturdays. That keeps me on track all week.

I will give up chocolate for 40 days. 40 nights, too. Oh man, I dunno if I can do this or not. There's not much else to give up. I kicked that stinkin' 34 year cigarette habit a year and a half ago, gave up caffeine a couple of months ago... yep, chocolate is the only thing left that I have absolutely no control over. I guess it's chocolate. *still wondering if I'll actually post this. Can I really give up chocolate for that long???* Yes, I can.

This is a great idea, Leens!
For Lent this year, I will also give up eating late, so....
No eating after 8:00 pm.
No more chocolate candy.

I will give up diet hopping. I made up my mind to stick to a lower carb WW and that's what I'm agonna do by jimminy!
