WTG! I have a question, TOPS let you do low-carb? I thought they were all about low-fat. Maybe that's just bad info I got from SIL. She really has some doozies.

With TOPS you follow any program that's suited for you.. There is no strict program that you have to follow.I can't do low fat.. I have many sensitivities to sugars and carbs are sugars... I was tested positive for glucose intolerance...My doctor gave me permission to follow this program as he is monitoring me through.. But no you don't have to follow low fat...

Great job, Jo-Anne

Can I ask what low carb program are you on? Or what is it similar to?

I don't follow any strict program.. I've just basically cut out white flour, sugar and starches...LOL...If I want my fruit it's usually on an empty stomach.. but I seem to lean more towards raw veggies.. I LOVE em.. Basically a cauliflower/broccoli kinda person...
