Food logs - week of 12/2
Sooo, last week was pretty bad in terms of cheating! On Tuesday I ate pizza and baked lays. On Thursday I ate three bread rolls with dinner. On Friday I also ate bread with dinner and drank beer! Saturday I ate tortilla chips (a LOT) at lunch. But yesterday I was pretty good and today I am totally back on track.
Breakfast: Atkins bar
Lunch: ham, creamed cauliflower, string beans
Dinner: stuffed cabbage
Hope everyone is well! I'm going to weigh tomorrow.
3PM update: had another Atkins bar as a snack and did 40 minutes at the gym on the Precor Machine

Tuesday 12/3
Hey guys!! Well I'm relieved to post that I weighed this morning and I have not gained any weight - still at 147. Also, I tested myself last night and I am in mild ketosis, which is good.
Food today:
Breakfast: Atkins bar (I know, I know, but I'm trying to maintain, right?)
Lunch: will either be stuffed cabbage or middle eastern lamb with salad
Dinner: ham and broccoli
Intention: to go to the gym for 40minutes on the Precor, and use the Gravitron. At least 6 tall glasses of water whilst at work.
3pm update: lunch was lamb w/ salad and hot sauce (a lot of it), but before that went to the gym, did 6 min (60 reps) on the Gravitron and 40mins on the precor WHOO HOO!! Only on 3rd 16 oz. glass of water.
Where are everyone else's food logs?? C'mon guys!

Tuesday food
6:30- 1 egg
8:30- a little teeny tiny bowl of bran flakes with 1/2c. milk
11:30- cheeseburger, some salad, some fresh pineapple
3:00- baby carrots and celery and dip
dinner- leftover sausages and some steamed asparagus with butter
Not Atkins, not too inspiring, but OK. Still eating
s m a l l. Trying to eat little portions and see if I can get satisfied with less than my usual HUNGRY MAN appetite demands!

today was good!!
Today was a really good day, my appetite, seems to have dissappeared again...I like that.
Here's what I had today
Breakfast- 3 slices roast beef lunch meats
Lunch- hamburger patty, and 1/2 cup coleslaw
Supper- pulled pork, 1 cup broccoli and 1/2 cup coleslaw
Still not getting in the exercise I should. Did a small walk today, but it was just too cold, and the sidewalks are too slippery!
Snacks....I'll have a cup of herbal tea later.
Until tomorrow
Robin
Tilly.....your doing great!!

Wed. 12/4
Good morning all! Yesterday stuck to plan, except for a small cheat in the evening - 2 Quality Street candies (one orange cream, one coconut cream). I wanted to save these for Xmas, but I might have to consider getting them out of the house if they keep calling me.
Today:
Breakfast - Atkins bar and tea with milk
Lunch - chicken salad on a bed of lettuce
Dinner - unknown. Maybe stuffed cabbage, or ham with broccoli.
Won't be able to get to the gym today, so pledge to drink 6 16 oz. glasses of water while at work.
Robin - isn't it interesting how easy it is to get back on track with this plan? I didn't weigh myself until I'd had at least two days back on plan, because I didn't want my cheats to depress me. But they didn't seem to make a great deal of difference, which is useful to know for when I maintain for good after losing the last 10 lbs. You are doing fantastic by the way.

Today's plan
Breakfast- 3 slices roast beef
Lunch- I think I may order a salad from up the street
Dinner- pulled pork, brussel sprouts
all my water!!
and a walk!!!!!!!!!!! Im going to drive to the park this afternoon, and walk around it. It has a track that is ploughed and sanded and salted. I believe it is 1.6 miles.
Have a great op day!
Robin

I promise to be back on food logs regularly!
Today:
B - 2 scrambled eggs and cheese
S - A few cashews
L - Grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, fried onions. These were Ruby Tuesday tobacco onions, I realized at the end of the meal that they looked battered, not just fried.
D - Ham and cheese sandwich on Atkin's bread, toasted. Wasa cracker with peanut butter and one teaspoon of fruit only apricot spread.
S - one small apple and brie. Yum!
Tomorrow will be easy...nothing! Ok, I might get something liquidy tomorrow night. Friday to be announced!

Thursday, 12/5
I'm feeling very blah today. Don't care much about what I eat either way. Anyway...
Breakfast: ham with one slice American cheese melted on top
Snack: Atkins bar
Lunch: will be stuffed cabbage
Dinner: cauliflower, ham and blue cheese soup, broccoli
If we don't get sent home early because of the snow, I'll go to the gym.

Hey Tillie, I work in Brooklyn, that snow was something this afternoon, wasn't it?
yesterday was not great, but at least not huge quantities!
b-turkey salad
l-quarter pounder with cheese, ripped off most of the roll
d- Wendy's Spicy chicken sandwich, very little roll(probably about 1/4 or so)
s- celery and dip, some pineapple
Here's today:
b-asparagus omelette
l-roast pork, corn, green beans
s-tuna salad
d-stirfried beef and broccoli(homemade with very low carb schezuan sauce)
I'll probably finish up the pineapple chunks later
I'm really working on getting my veggies in, and not worrying about the little bits of fruit, etc. As long as I'm avoiding sugar and keeping portions s m a l l !
I might have lost 3 lbs, but I'll let you know for sure this weekend!

DottieJon! Where do you work in Bklyn? Yes, the snow was amazing there. I work in the city and getting off the train in Bklyn after coming home was a different world!
Today:
Breakfast: small slice of ham, vitamins
Snack: Atkins bar, cup of tea with milk
Lunch: cauliflower, ham and blue cheese soup; small amount of stuffed cabbage
Dinner: Will probably be buffalo chicken wings
My pants were a little lose this morning. I'm going to weigh next week and see what's going on! Hope everyone has a great OP day and weekend.

no time to eat today
Well its been a very wild day!!
I started pretty much at a dead run when I hit the floor this morning, and its now 10:20 and Im relaxing a bit. May be a few hours before Im settled enough to actually sleep.
Breakfast/Lunch- 3 roast beef slices and 1 cup coleslaw
Supper- 2 oz co/jack cheese
not enough water! I was too busy!
I would have something now, but its too late, and I dont want to get heartburn before I go to bed.
Tomorrow will be better (maybe)
Robin
