I love Old Navy "curvy" cut. You can catch them on sale and they're a good price for what you get. I've got pairs from size 14 down to size 4 (still snug so not worn in public yet ) I also like Gap and the Loft stuff....just hit the sales or outlet stores. I also like Lucky but they're pricey.

I really like the Ann Taylor curvy and curvy slim jeans. They fit my humps an bumps really well. I'm 5'4 and wear a size 12

I love the Levi 529s. Only jeans that don't gap at the waist on me.

i don't know a good place to get some (if anyone does please share) but jeggings are the way to go. in someways their even more comfortable than leggings.
they're personally my favourite and are designed to fit any body type

My waist is wider than my thighs. I have a horrible time finding jeans that fit me nice around the waist and legs! I go for jeggings, too! No one can tell, they fit me nicely, and they're super comfy!

I actually love American Eagle jeans, I'm a 14. It's not something you would think of for the larger sizes since AE is notorious for jeans that are an unforgiving true to size, they don't vanity size at all. But despite how they might make you feel bad for a minute about having to go up a size, the fit is very good. I haven't had waist gap issues with them and their jeggings seems to good have good "thigh control" to keep your chubby legs looking smooth. Lots of high waisted options.

So you know...a jean brand that makes people feel fat that actually makes jeans that fatter people look good in. Ironically none of their tops look good on me. Who knew?

I can't say enough lovely things about American Eagle jeggings- the plain kind not the extra thick ones with the sleek finish. They're super comfy and they look great casual or dressed up. I have 3 pairs of the black ones that I wear to work and they're also my long distance travel jeans. As someone said, you may need to size up but they're super comfy. H&M and Express also do really nice casual jeans- especially in the jeggings and boyfriend cuts and I've got really nice flares from H&M as well. If it helps, for comparison, I'm an apple shape thick in the stomach, no hips or butt, and then thick thighs. Jeans that fit me through the hip tend to be too small in the waist. If you have the opposite problem and experience waist gapping with jeans then I'd definitely check out the Old Navy, Gap or Loft Curvy which cater more to that.
