Has anyone here gotten a BA? I just had mine done this week and it means that I can't workout for ages. 2 weeks until I can start doing light walking, 4 weeks until lower body and easy cardio and 6 weeks until I'm cleared for most exercises. Just wanted to know what I can do to keep up my momentum. And I'd love to hear advice from other girls!

I had one in 2010. But...I don't have any advice on keeping the momentum up. I wasn't doing anything at the time. It wasn't until this year I started getting active, despite my claims that was the reason for it. I am lame. I know. But...it DOES get better, and easier. (and I wouldn't change it for the world!!!!)

You don't need to keep up the momentum. Your body needs to rest, end of story. Don't feel guilty about it. And remember, abs are made in the kitchen
