Default Show Us your Fab Abs :)

So i wanted to start a thread where people have succeeded in tighetening and trimming the ab area.

It is my main trouble spot and im determined to have a flatish tummy one day , i have the ever so flattering "muffin top"

Sometimes its hard to believe it will ever go ive had it so long , even tho my boyfriend keeps telling me it will with hard work and dedication.

Anyhow.....one thing that does give me motivation is success stories i love reading thru the goal section , some people lose so much weight its fabulous, the drive and dedication they have.

I wanted to start this thread for others who are fighting the muffin top to be inspired by people who have achieved FAB ABS..........i dont mean a 6 pack or anything just slimmed down that area.

I would love to see some before & after pics if anyone would be so kind to post them?

And hope one day soon i will be posting my AB pics

This is on my mind today too. I have stretch marks and a c-section scar with that dreaded overhang. The journey was totally worth the body damage but still... I am working towards a monokini and hope that one day I can again wear a 2 piece swimsuit. Looking at my tummy, I just don't know how it will ever shape up like I want it to but sometimes I see pics and am amazed that people have managed to tone and tighten that area without surgery.

I too would love to see some pics for encouragement!

Would be a great motivator. I will be starting the Jillian Michael's ab workout that will be for 6 weeks. I hope I see an improvement. I will take my before pic this weekend and then my after pic in 6 weeks.
