Has anyone done this and if so what were your results?
Dry Brushing is a technique for exfoliating skin using a dry, natural bristle brush to gently brush the skin. Some of the benefits are:
detoxifies
reduces cellulite
cell renewal
help to tighten up loose skin
I have just started doing this....only 2x's now ...its kind of a pain, but, it only takes a few minutes. I do it just before I take my shower. I'll keep you updated of my results....although I am sure it may take some time.
You will have to let me know how it goes. I have often used a dry bristle brush while in the shower because its a good exfoliator. I wonder if the brush being dry/wet would make much difference to the cellulite side of things?
